Seller claim item is brand new only open for testing. But upon receiving the plastic seals protecting the device are removed, power charger used and dusty. The remote control become unresponsive. Ask for a refund but seller decline to. Totally bad experience and not recommended

The item underwent inspection and on-the-spot testing by the buyer during handing over. Additionally, it is backed by an 11-month warranty from the manufacturer. It is baffling how a product purchased just a month ago could be deemed "dusty." Also, the buyer never raised any issues regarding the remote control. Despite this,he demanded a refund solely because he "did not like the use" of the product, as stated in his message. I must stand firm in my decision to decline for unreasonable refund.
