Unfortunately I was informed that this item was in “almost new” condition.. when I saw it in real life I was rather surprised because it was dirty with black mark scratches everywhere. I had to spend 2hours scrubbing the panels before letting my baby use it. some marks are not able to be removed. The seller wasn’t as friendly in the chat but she seems nice in real life. wished she didn’t say it’s almost new. I’d say it’s good condition & not for fussy considering I had to do intensive cleaning.
Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear about your disappointment. The item was only used for a month and in excellent working condition. There might have been storage mark and is not in a state that's should be classified as "not for the fussy". May I suggest to avoid future mismatch of expectations upon items purchase, to ask for actual photos in all angles and enquire in detail?

Had to cancel and offered good feedback for the seller but he wasn't willing to give and take and straight away gave me a bad feedback. How disappointing. At least i explained to you nicely why i had to cancel. And i only cancelled a day after we agreed to continue talking further. My husband wanted me to cancel as he is afraid we might not be able to make our trip to your location as we are busy with work and family commitments. We could have backed out and not say a word but we didn't.
She had rescheduled once already, then cancelled 5 min before we were supposed to meet at the second time, when I was already waiting at the meeting point. After the no show, I checked if she's still keen to reschedule and she said she has decided to cancel the deal.
