item did not come as described. seller said the shoes were size 35 and fits true to size but upon purchase, i realised it felt more like a size 37 because i am a size 35-36 and can wear both sizes 35 and 36 but my feet were literally FALLING OUT of the shoes when i wore them. shoes were in acceptable condition but size was 2 sizes up from what the seller described and its unacceptable. still wore the shoes to presentation as i was desperately needed court shoes haiss 😓

Seller was friendly and the off shoulder quality is alright except for the elastic band tat came loose aft washing once. I cant wear the item now as the collar is too stretched. But since i only notified the seller quite sometime aft buying i couldnt get a refund but i can understand. Upset abt the elastic band but the seller's attitude was gd at least!

My sister took the stuff for me and she said the seller is very nice and considerate. It was a fast and smooth transaction. Thank you.
