Free smartpac tracked mail when i take two items together. The only thing is seller’s response might be a bit slow/only reply at night time, initially i thought i met scammer as i didn’t receive any response/updates of the tracking no. for the whole day after payment made. However, items received in good condition now.
Follow-up review
After payment made, seller promised to mail out on 2nd day and will send photos before mailing out. Waited for the whole day but didn’t receive any responses/updates from the seller, therefore sent few msg to check, only get reply around 11.17pm with slightly unhappy tone, and left me with a 3 stars review??!! Would appreciate if seller stand on buyer’s shoes, with the feeling of kena scams.

Said I will mail out her items the next day, which I did and sent her the tracking in the evening after I was back home. She was upset because I wasn’t online in the day and messaged me at 5 different times to ask (even on my personal number). I have a life outside of carousell too. I stuck to what I said - mailed out the next working day as always - and my items are in good condition as stated. Look at my other reviews and decide for yourself :)
