Bad behaviour. Buyer called me dishonest for no apparent reason.If I was dishonest I will not ask her to return the product & I will pay her back $50 and delivery cost.Firstly she didn’t come to pick up the product herself,I had to take print out of waybill.Secondly when it reached her, it was wrapped in plastic which was not the condition I sent in.If there is any damage, she should ask delivery.
In view of the COVID-19 cluster in Bukit Merah where I stay, I hv arranged delivery to collect the item directly from seller to avoid face to face contact. I think that is a very reasonable and right thing to do. The stains were long dried baby food stain on the baby chair, nothing to do with delivery which seller claims to be. Hence, I feedback that seller was dishonest by not checking the product properly before claiming it’s scratch and stain free, wasting everyone’s time indeed.
