Mi totally deserved a 10Star rating!! From the moment I co acted her, she has been the sweetest and most patient in answering my questions. My BV bag was recoloured before, and in a bad state as the previous colour was coming off, but Mi just worked her magic and transformed it into a brand new piece! I was sooo impressed, very worth the money spent. I am going to send my bags to her from now on!

Sent my bag (with white spots) to bagcare and it came back looking brand new and super clean! Bagcare spent time trying out various methods to remove the white spots and they are all gone now, thank you so much!! Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
