Left a very bad taste. Buyer bought a $5 clearance preloved dress, negotiated for free delivery, then complained about slight stains on the inside of the dress.

I had explained and also apologised to the buyer for the oversight. She could be more forgiving. It was an honest mistake and definitely not intentional. Why would I try to deceive her by selling her a $5 dress and even offer free delivery?? Instead she kicked up a big fuss and accused me of trying to cheat her. Very distressing dealing with such a buyer. Sellers beware!

It was only $5, so didn’t bother for refund. It was stated “like new” with NO mentions of stains, which i deem dishonest in the slightest bit. Gave a honest review about the condition of the item received, only to be met with such hostile response and her getting super upset. What’s the point of a review system if you can’t take constructive feedback?
