Had an excellent trip with my family of 5 to Harris resort Batam. Arga was friendly, helpful and punctual. As we do not need full day tour only pick up from Sekupang ferry terminal to Seafood restaurant for lunch which is 45 min.car journey. After lunch we were driven to check into our resort. When we check out next day she drove us to a local indo restaurant for lunch n also to buy local goodies. Overvall very happy with her service as she👍👍 👍
