Walter was punctual, despite not having the parts for repair, he made extra effort and made a trip back to settle the issue that evening, upon knowing my urgency due of a baby that desperately requires aircon to sleep at night. My AC malfunction yesterday night, I recalled I had used Mr Shawn service before for a AC unit relocation.Texted him and got an appointment the following evening even his schedule was full, he really went all the way to accommodate my request whenhe actually couldn't make the appointment as he still had 2 more clients, came by and I really saw his 21 years of skillset problem solved! highly recommend with the service and explain what the issue of my aircon. and the staff explain to me what i need to be done on my aircon and they check my gas is low need to be top up too. so what i have done today just do my chemical overhaul and chemical water of my condenser and top up gas. the cost is acceptable. I will still willing to ask you guys to come and service my aircon again.
