We understand that selling bulky items can be time-consuming, especially when you have to coordinate schedules and wait for buyers to arrange for delivery service.

That’s why we’re here to handle the logistics for you! With our latest update to Carousell Official Delivery, simply schedule a delivery date with your buyers, and we’ll take care of everything from pick-up to drop-off.

We’ve partnered with GoGoX to provide integrated delivery services for your bulky item listings.

Buyers will pay for delivery and need to confirm a mutually convenient delivery date before placing their order. The service includes:

1. Delivery by 2 professional GoGoX movers

2. Basic wrapping service for your items

3. Disassembly and assembly service (for selected categories)

4. Delivery insurance of up to $500

On the delivery day, the courier will first handle the pick-up, followed by the delivery in the afternoon.

To secure the agreed-upon delivery date with your buyer, please review the order and confirm the delivery details within 12 hours of receiving the order. If not confirmed within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled, and you will need to ask your buyer to resubmit the order.

By listing in the category and activating the 'Buy' button, Carousell Official Delivery will be automatically enabled and available as an option for your buyers.
