Spent over $300 to buy the lido3 grinder. In the end, the package didn't even come after 2 months. This is likely a scam and suggest everyone to buy from OE directly. Seller claim to have enquired with courier but no result after all this time, obviously. Wasted my money buying this grinder from this unethical seller who keep accusing me of unregistered mail. Have learnt an expensive lesson and will not patronise this seller anymore. Buyers please be warned and advise you to get it elsewhere.

And for unregistered shipment, there is no insurance provided by Singpost should the parcel get lost during delivery as stated on Singpost website. Kindly note that there are options for self collection and for delivery via registered post whereby tracking number will be provided. However you opted for unregistered post. It does not make sense for us to scam just for the $300.
