Made an offer for a $25 item and given him my address to collect item but replied me he don't know Singapore postal code by heart. Instead asked me to send to him as he stay Sentosa and told me seller always send to him. Already stated clearly self collect but make things difficult. Doesn't tele his previous review at all.
