Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare shipping documentation (i.e. purchase orders, invoices, bill of lading etc.) on a daily basis - Coordinate delivery schedules with shipping companies - Monitor all shipments to ensure on-time deliveries - Ensure accuracy in payment and billing operations - Maintain proper document control and filing - Coordinate with suppliers, customers and service providers for all shipping arrangements - Other operational duties as and when required Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management - Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma holder - Familiarity in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint - Detail-oriented - Good time management skills - Ability to handle desk-bound, routine work - Familiarity with Incoterms a plus - Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems a plus Apply here:
