Job Description Our company is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales executive has to be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. In order to be successful in this role, you will also need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics of our industry, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in our industry is an advantage. Responsibilities: • Generating leads and making Sales calls. • Meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports. • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. • Understanding and promoting company programs. • Obtaining payments from clients. • Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services. • Maintaining customers records. • Answering prospects questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability. Requirements: • Min. in Diploma. • 1 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. • Excellent customer service and sales skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent phone and presentation skills. • Proficiency on using computers for a variety of tasks. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
