* Welcoming customers to our store * Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable items that best satisfy their needs * Ensure that an accurate record of inventory is kept. * Restocking depleted or low store items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized. * Performing basic end-of-day house-cleaning duties, such as wiping or dusting items on display and sweeping the store area as necessary. * Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner. * Processing customer orders, refunds and exchanges accordingly. * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed. Requirements: * Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented! * Hard-working and customer-oriented. * Ability to work flexible hours; 5 or 6 days a week; full-time; part-time including weekends. * Ability to work independently or in a team * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Experience in retail sales. * Singaporeans/PRs/Dependant Pass holders may apply.
