* Plan renovation project schedules with sales team * Monitor project progress of the work / site according to the schedules * Direct coordination work with both external and internal stakeholders like contractors, suppliers, clients and sale designers * Follow–up on any feedback & defects upon completion of every renovation project Requirements: * Good project management and coordination skills to efficiently multi-task * Ability to work under pressure and/or tight timeline * Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with a positive work attitude * Must be able to exhibit excellent customer relations and service * Must be a team player * Prefer candidates to have own transport * Candidates with min 2 years experience in residential renovation Attractive remuneration package - Basic Salary - High Commission Rates
