*Product Experience Officer* (Full/ Part-time) (Immediate position) Job Highlights: Fast-growing local brand in the Household Appliances industry Opportunities to learn and grow for high-performing individuals Make a difference in your work Job Responsibilities: • Be the Brand Ambassador and introduce Brand and products to customers on customer sites/ trade shows • Deliver exceptional customer experience including managing customer enquiries • Ensure all product and promotional information are interpreted properly • Provide timely update to HQ on site assessments to help manage and maintain customer experience • Collect and share customer feedback and insights with HQ for analysis and better planning • Assist with other HQ activities where necessary Requirements: • Possess own van is preferable • Must have Class 3 driving license • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays • Excellent communication skills • Strong understanding of customers’ needs • Positive attitude • Ability to move and/ or lift less than 20kg product with mechanism assist • Experience with household appliances products is a plus • Training will be provided • Part-timers will be paid on case attending basis Interested candidates you may whatsapp YU HOME @ 91011626 NOW !
