Its designed to imitate a small minnow. For those who use jigheads before, you’ll be familiar with the looks. Difference is that this fly will be a slow sink and be able to stay in the strike zone longer. The thunder creek is made from full natural material which will pulsate in the water after a pause. Subtle action can often trigger a strike from the peacock bass. Which is proven by my previous trips using the thunder creek fly. Similar to the micro baitfish, stripes can be added with a black marker to imitate stripes. Hook used are gamakatsu size 4. I do everything to ensure durability of the flies i make and i assure you the durability of this fly is guaranteed to be way better than cheap flies bought online.
