Liverpool red packet

Bought from this seller because meet up location close to my place & she claimed it is brand new, first time opening (Refer screenshot). Sadly she lied as the item has obvious wear and even icky stains. Also missing the charging cable. She had the original box. Very deceiving. Should have just be honest as people on carousell don’t mind used items. Seller is on time for meet up and speedy replies.
