Cancellation after payment is made due to missing accessories will result in your deposit being forfeited. 3) 7-Day Guarantee - If the purchased item(s) carry any major defects not mentioned in our product listing, please inform us within 7 days of the final payment for any remedial measures by us. 4) All items undergo thorough inspection and authentication by our in-house team of luxury appraisers. If you have concerns regarding the authenticity of your purchase, kindly furnish the following evidence within 21 days of receiving the item(s): 4.1) Written rejection from the authorized brand boutique, refusing to accept the item(s) for reason, including cleaning, polishing or repair. 4.2) Detailed photographs and/or video recordings of the item(s) highlighting any inconsistencies or markings that raise suspicion of authenticity 4.3) Authentication results from third-party services such as Entrupy or similar services will not be accepted as sole evidence of inauthenticity. However, such results may be considered supplementary evidence when combined with the above-mentioned proof. 5) We offer complimentary tracked mailing and doorstep delivery for orders above $50 and $500 respectively but are subjected to the T&C stated subsequently. If the total order amount does not exceed the critieria stated above, tracked mailing will cost $5 and doorstep delivery cost will be decided by the driver depending on your location. 5.1) All reserved items have to be fully paid for and choosing of items to be delivered in sequence or different days are STRICTLY NOT allowed. The driver delivers between 1-7pm. Any requested delivery hours outside of the stipulated period are subjected to extra charges by the driver. Same day delivery is subjected to availability of the driver. 5.3) Complimentary doorstep delivery service does not cover *parking fee* at any shopping mall, condo or commercial building. *A flat rate fee of $3.00 in advance is required & will be charged at your own expense* Alternatively, you may choose to meet the driver at *taxi stand / drop off point (FOC)* when receiving your item(s). 5.4) Complimentary tracked mailing will be handled by Tracxlogis (Formerly known as Qxpress). Large objects (eg. Luggage, Long Umbrella, etc.) will not be eligible for tracked mailing.
