Job scope: - Responsible for providing excellent customer service experience. - Interact with visitors, provide information and assist with visit planning. - Visitor Services Assistants are present in a variety of areas at the Centre such as simulators, special exhibits areas and theaters. - Required to handle reception duties including but not limited to bookings and registrations. Job Requirement: - Perform well in a team environment, and show great enthusiasm with positive work attitude. - Able to multi-task while working under pressure and independently. - Willing to interact with visitors. - Must be able to work at least 5 days per week including weekends and PH. - No education requirements.
