Full Time Bar/Service Crew


Job Description The bartender plays a major role in a guest’s bar experience. Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following outlet set recipes. A bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. The bartender will take orders from Guests seated at the bar. The Bartender must always be aware of Guest satisfaction levels to deliver the perfect service experience. Ensuring high quality of food and beverages served to Guests is a must. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: servicing the Guest in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment as well as attending to adhoc tasks as required from the supervisors. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: (but not limited to) Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest. Ensure all drinks are produced according to company set guidelines and recipes. Ensure all equipment, including blenders and fridges, are in working condition and report any damages. Ensure the Guest feels welcome the moment they step into the outlet. Ensure drinks are served at their optimum temperatures. Adhere to timing standards for products and services. Look for ways to consolidate service procedures. Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage. Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner. Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine and other listed offerings. Apply a positive, suggestive sales approach to guide Guests. Pre-bus bar counter; maintain bar counter and floor cleanliness. Actively looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs. Assist in keeping the outlet clean and safe. Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed. Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures Report to outlet on time and in proper uniform. Maintain high levels of service standards and hygiene. Maintain Code of Conduct as stated in Employee Handbook. - 5 / 6 Working days per week. - Shuttle bus service from Harbourfront interchange into Sentosa Cove. - Meals provided. Tips prior to no lateness.
