Brand new however due to humidity and material issue caused the underside coating to melt so it is very sticky. The leather handle skin also have cracks. I have many to give away/throw/recycle. Last time cost of each about $20. For those who want can still use it for shade, maybe clean the sticky coating or repurpose it.
