Working Hours: 5.5 days per week. (At least 1 Saturday per month) The Customer Service Executive is a first point of contact for self-sponsored customers. The primary role of a Customer Service Executive is to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone, social media or in person over the counter. The range of inquiries and requests customer service officers may respond to include: -Inquiries and requests on training programmes -Course Schedule and Registration -Course postponement, withdrawal, refund -Handle and resolve customer complaints -Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Customer Service Executive also provides classroom support to ensure the smooth running of the training centre. The range of tasks include: -Manage the class registration rate to ensure maximum utilisation of classroom -Manage requests from employer-sponsored classroom training -Booking of assessment for students -Prepare rooms for training and assessment -Manage classes, attendance and logistics during classroom training -Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) -Work experience (preferred but not essential) -Most importantly an excellent work attitude, an outgoing, helpful and friendly personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. -Perform other adhoc and administration activities such as materials preparation and venue set-up Interested candidates may drop an email to[email protected]
