Selling off as it is really under utilized by my cats. Defects in the back and slight chipping at the entrance, as seen in the rest of the pics. Other than that, the house is in a good condition. Got it at 73$, selling it off at 30$! Collection will strictly be meet up at 400325. Hopefully some other cat will be able to appreciate it😁
