5 stars for smooth comms and friendly seller. Unfortunately, Nespresso machine was indicated as brand new, but on pickup, was told it was used before. Ran water/clean function to ‘clear’ the machine and it was indeed pre-used (picture of water with coffee grounds). Thanks anyway!
