Whatsapped them at night as my aircon was not cold and immediately got an appt for morning. Walter was punctual, despite not having the parts for repair, he made extra effort and made a trip back to settle the issue that evening, upon knowing my urgency due of a baby that desperately requires aircon to sleep at night.
