We are looking for 1pax housemate for our newly rented 4rooms hdb in PASIR RIS 5mins walk in MRT..All male 5pax staying(6pax including you). All rooms has aircon..PUB is equally divided..No weird rules. Visitors allowed.. see pricing below: Common room sharing = 700$ (2pax in a room including you). Solo room = 1000$ We lease the unit for 2years(contract end at March 2025)..each tenant need to pay 2months deposit + 500$ retention pay(this retention pay will divided into 6) + 1 month advance.
